The Bristol Room is available to enjoy daily or to rent for private parties. There are two deeded garage parking spaces per condo with additional spaces available. The Regime Fee includes basic cable, security, and maintenance of the building exterior and its common space. There is a separate annual billing of the all the insurances for the property.
